151 provides a variety of services that may be contracted for, in part or in whole, depending on the client’s needs, and are priced accordingly. Typically, our fees comprise: a monthly retainer fee and, in certain situations, a success fee. The structure and timing of these fees are contingent on the scope and term of the engagement and the circumstances of the client. All terms and conditions of each engagement are negotiated in advance and are documented in an engagement letter.
